Interactive Lafuente 2026 Urban Route in Shanghai

From July 2026, the Interactive Lafuente Legacy Maps reedited in China from those we shared in September 2024 for the Instituto Cervantes of Shanghai, are showcased at the front facade, describing the Spanish architecture imprint in the city!

We are pleased to share with you the new cultural activity launched by the Cervantes Institute in collaboration with this project - the "Lafuente Shanghai Urban Route" digital map. Through the careful design of this project and the full promotion of the Cervantes Institute's cultural and arts team, this fun and dynamic activity has been successfully carried out. It is great to see how #lafuente is going to be shown during the summer of 2026 next to an exhibit about Oscar Tusquets, a Spanish architect, and on the left side of the main entrance. The last time he was next to another relevant Spanish architect was at the ICO Expo in Madrid, back then, it was together with Jose Lluis Sert.

We look forward to many Shanghai citizens enjoying it! There is a large QR code posted on the exterior wall, and a large printed map is also displayed in the main entrance cabinet.

We hope that many of you can embark on this hiking trip in the coming months!
