Welcome to download Alvaro Leonardo's 2019 Ph.D. dissertation (Spanish language only!) at Alcalá de Henares University (Madrid). It is also available at TESEO (website from the Ministry of Education of Spain) as it is open source. If you would like to see Section 1A of the dissertation related to his buildings in Manila until 1898 please get in contact as the file is 350MB due to all original photos of the plans.
