This is a single-family home located on one of the main streets of the "Former French Concession" and very visible nowadays as it is in a corner.
Originally it consisted of a ground floor and a first floor, and with the subsequent reform in the 1980s the roof was changed to a mansard roof and one more floor was added, as it is recognized today.
This is known as the Soong's Sister House as they were living here after Family Rosenfeld sold it and left the city.
