No photos were found of this project because there was an existing premise since 1914, then in 1917 was renovated by "Lafuente & Wootten" Refer to this media new: https://www.abelardolafuente.com/portfolio-collections/original-media-lafuente/american-club-at-media-1917) and it is difficult to know what they exactly did and to find photos of the building at these ages.
Later on in 1923 was renovated again by another American architect, Elliot Hazzard keeping most of the spanish style originally done by the american-spanish studio.

It was described by a Spanish journalist, Romero Salas in his letter to his newspaper in Manila named "El Mercantil de Manila" on April, 17th 1920 (refer to this article: https://www.abelardolafuente.com/portfolio-collections/original-media-lafuente/romero-salas-personal-letter-1920) describing it as follows:
"He took me first to a grandiose building of an American society intended for a club. It is an old mansion that is the object of a complete transformation in the main and in the accessory, and to which another new plant and larger proportions have been added. I don't know how to tell you where I found more merit, if in the erection of the new or in the reform of the old. Strictly speaking, everything there is of recent construction, everything looks at a single objective and everything is subordinated to a single thought. The work, as a whole and in detail, I say again that it is great. Its proportions, its distribution, its ornament constitute so many successes of Lafuente; and it is to see how all the forecasts, all the demands that a building of this nature demands, whose maintenance and conservation can only be conceived with the concurrence of extraordinary resources and completely outside the control, are met with ease, property and wealth. membership fee"
