Building Contest (1917) for the General Consulate of the United States of America including Court of Justice, Post Office and detain jail. It was one of the most important international public competitions of the time in Shanghai and the winning studio was "Lafuente & Wootten Architects".
This feat appeared in various Spanish press, since the news was transmitted by the Spanish Embassy in Beijing to the Spanish Government.
