This project was one of the first new-build buildings built for Ramos used solely as a cinema. Located at the outskirts of the city and intended mainly for the local public, it had always affordable popular ticket prices. The first place Ramos owned in the city was the Hongkew Theater, was acquired some time before and renovated to become a cinema.
