This is a large building including warehouses and the total lot will occupy 100 by 400 feet. The ground floor was used as a Rikshaw workshop and in which about 3,000 units could fit. The building will have three floors, it will also house one of the largest steam laundries in the city, which will wash some 3,000 pieces of clothing a day. On the top floor there were apartments for the employees. The total price of the building will be about 150,000 Taels.
