Ramos Mansion

Eclecticist building, with a classicist composition and a clear reference to neo-Arab historicisms, as a summer mansion for businessman Antonio Ramos. Originally from Granada, the client requested this style, which was, on the other hand, representative of Spain at the end of the 19th century. The building was erected at the outskirts of the city where the Ramos family sought to cope with the intense heat of Shanghai's summer.
