The Spanish-american duo did the interior design Ground Floor renovation being the Grillroom. It is a long space at the side of the street level facing the Bund windows.
He never did a new building for this hotel company while working during a decade. The reason why Hong Kong & Shanghai Hotels Ltd. (HSH) never allowed him to build was because of his nationality.
