It is one of the three garages that Abelardo Lafuente built for the "Star Garage Company" of Albert Cohen, the Spanish billionaire who owned most of the city's rickshaws in the first decades of the 20th century. .
The building was carried out wanting to maximize the space of the plot, reaching the limits on all sides and dividing, since it was going to be used as a garage for cars, "rickshaws" and carriages, it had to be spacious and with good light.
The composition is that of an eclecticist building with a classicist composition with inclusions of arabesque historicist elements. It had numerous commercial basements on the ground floor. On the first floor, the façade takes on greater importance with the lobed double arches with "curtain shape" at each bays . It is finished off with an apparently stone balustrade.
