About the event

This is going to be a lecture with an unusual format in which the scale of current Asia will be presented in a comprehensible way and the keys of the most important regions of the continent will be given to be able to understand which types of architects are most required in each region and which profiles are most suitable. Next, the history of pre-communist China and the unknown presence in Shanghai of a Spanish architect who emerged in the decades of the major international cultural mix of the city before the Second World War. Abelardo Lafuente followed his path in the Spanish Philippines in 1898, triumphed in China from 1913 to 1926, and brought him to Hollywood and Mexico with his international fame.
