BRIEFING:

The first lecture ever explaining the origins of Abelardo Lafuente Garcia-rojo in Manila more than 130 years ago. It is the city where he grew up seeing how his father of the same name was also growing professionally from a regular engineer working for the government to finally become the "Deputy Municipal Architect of Manila".
